From my experience, The use of Wi-Fi for guest is one of the problems caused in the events. To solve like problems, We should quickly communicate among guests, hosts, and security managers. There was also problems about Wi-Fi but I could solve them with taking proper action.

My educational background emphasizes innovating and improving the development of products, on the basis of the integrated interests of users, industry, society and the environment. Throughout my academic career, I have been studying UX service design, product design, HCI and Ergonomic design, and those classes have helped me to have a comprehensive understanding of design engineering. In addition, last year I worked as a UX design intern at Velos. I created Velos’s own design standards encompassing all applications by designing a common visual and functional user interface from a basic UX design perspective. It was important practical experience for me to improve my business communication skills and learn the business world. The internship has also sharpened my interest and skills in UX design.
Apart from that internship, I have had a number of enriching experiences. In 2013, I participated in a Design Crash Corse in d.school, Institute of Design at Stanford. I said “I have experience supporting some events like yours, so if you allow me to take part in the event, I can help your event be successful.” Fortunately they readily accepted my request that may be a little rude depended on how they see it. From my experience, The use of Wi-Fi for guest is one of the problems caused in the events. To solve like problems, We should quickly communicate among guests, hosts, and security managers. There was also problems about Wi-Fi but I could solve them with taking proper action.
