    I am writing this letter to fix something unfairly happened to me. Your company's game item was paid by my account, even though I did not. when I inquired to clearing company, They said you have to pay first, and then you can touch game company to receive a refund.

    February 12, 2014. Someone paid total 120,000won to your company for game item that is not for me, using my phone account. I enclose a receipt that you can read his game ID who paid it with mine under the counter.

    I have never played game made by yours. Please persue the ID to let real buyer pay it. And please refund the item charge.

    I am writing about a problem with my monthly credit card statement which i recieved a week ago.

    Your game company, League of Legends, charged $150 to my credit card for Riot Games Coin, but i've never purchased anything, moreover, i'm not even a user of the game. According to the statement, my credit card is used on February 16. I'm enclosing a copy of my statement. I called the credit card company and they said there is nothing they can do about this unless your company reimburses me for the money after i pay for it.

    However, I do not want to pay anything that I do not own. To resolve the problem, I would like you cancel this charge. Or if you can't, I hope you give me the money for the charge. I'm very upset, and I really need to get this issue fixed immediately.

    I visited your knife shop to buy present for my friend in Korea on 21 Feb.
    And you recommended one of your knife and I bought it.
    I went to the post office to send it the day after I bought it.
    But the problem was that post officer said , They can't send it to My country
    Because They have a policy about weapon which is that There's limit of length how long they can take.
    It was 30cm , and The knife I bought was 35cm.
    So I wanted to refund it , and visited your shop again to do it 9 days later.
    But you refused to refund my knife because it was too late.
    I didn't have any knowledge about refunding at that moment.
    So I came back to my country without refunding and I couldn't bring the knife neither.
    But after I came back to Korea I search policy of refunding and found that
    I can get back my money 14days before since I bought something.

    So, I want you to give me back my money that I spent for the knife which cost 100 Euros.

    I am writing in reference to the theft in the Grace Cathedral. I have lost my purse at the dining room during the volunteering event in the Grace Cathedral on September 11, 2013. So I request for reimbursement to cover the cost of everything I lost. The cost is $500 including my essential immigration documents such as my passport and I-94, cash, camera and sunglasses.

    I participated in the dinner volunteering event for the homeless on September 11. Before I started to cook in the kitchen, my friends and I put our purses on the table in the dining room because Cathy, the event manager, told us it is okay to put them on the table. I hesitated to put mine there but eventually followed the direction by the manager. But, after the event, I found out every purse was moved to other place, only mine has lost among them and the dining room was not locked. I tried to find it with my friends, the manager and other staffs, but unfortunately, I had to come back home without my belongings. Because I don’t have the essential immigration documents which I can only prove my identity in the U.S. I really hope you can reimburse me for the cost I wrote above as soon as possible.

    Also, I hope that this never happen again and the Grace can make the environment more secure in the future.

    I bought a new backpack at ABC mall on February 20th.
    And after two days(Feb 22th.), I got a mail from ABC mall that the backpack was ready to be shipped. ABC mall told me “We are using Fedex Service that is one of the most reliable shipping company.”
    On February 24th, I got another mail that show my shipping started and I could receive the item at least 5 business days.

    However, I can’t receive the backpack still Today(March 9th!!) and my delivery status still shows “During delivery.” on your homepage.
    I can’t trust your company and your service anymore.
    Please give me a full explanation of delay on my shipping.

    We went to your store on December 26 at 7pm. Because we wanted to buy a present for our close friend, we were looking around to see some product in your store. We knew there were so many products in your store and it was so helpful for us to choose what we wanted to buy but suddenly when we touched a leg of mannequin out of curiosity, it had been broken. We were so surprised and shocked. What we noticed was broken leg.
    So we wanted to talk about our situation with your customer manager but he said that we should pay all of this because it was our fault. Unfortunately, there were no cameras and no witnesses without us. So the manager demanded us to pay all. But the biggest problem was that they didn’t know how much we should pay for it. At first we really wanted to pay it because it could be a big problem for us to live in here so we asked you to show us the exact price of mannequin but your customer manager said that they didn’t know the price and let us know it later and we had to give them almost 50,000 won as a deposit. What made us more get annoy was when we went to your store 1 week later, you still didn’t know the price of mannequin, and we should wait one more week. And after two weeks later, we really wanted pay all of it but you still didn’t know the exact price and asked us for money almost 100,000 won without receipt.
    We admit our fault about this situation because the leg had been broken because of us, but paying money without receipt made us really get angry we really want solve this problem more clearly, I think we should see the receipt before paying the money so please try to help us to solve this problem

      It is letter to reply your letter dated March 6. We are really sorry to deal with your incident late.

      That case has never happened till now. That is why our shop couldn't treat this situation well. We tried to find origin price of the mannequin. Finally, we knew that it was bought by former owner 12 years ago, therefore we asked her to give us the receipt. However, she told us that it was lost. Due to this reason, we can't show you any receipt. The amount that we suggested you was based on the price of similar one.

      Even though, we have to spend more than ₩200,000 purchasing replacement. We charge you just ₩50,000. Or, we have to file a civil suit. We really want to solve this problem with happy.

    Hi I'm a traveler who visited your country last month. To me, it was a great experience to see such a beautiful scenery with discounted riding service that is provided by your country.Especially,the endless salt desert was one of the greatest landscape
    that I have seen in my life.

    Although the journey was great to me,there was one thing that make me feel someting wanting and it was about your depature procedure system.Actually, before I visited your country, I was on my way here from Chile.At the border of your and Chile, I didn't get the stemp proving I entered your country.I was so embarrased after I found there was no public buling at your border,thinking"wow.. what a generous country you are,no pulic buling, no public officer,no restriction to every traveler...feel like I'm in heaven."At that time I was not the only person who thing like that, my colleagues also thought like me.Deeming like that,I spent about 10days in your country and I got to the border of your country to go to the my next destination,peru.At that moment I realized someting was wrong.There were a huge public building processing departure procudure and many officer.They demanded me to show the entrance stamp that I hadn`t received when I enter your country.and they said"If you don`t have that stamp and want to go to Peru, you have to pay two hundred bolivian peso."At that time,I had no choice but to give them that money.

    Please listen to my story with your concentration, I don`t want to regard this is the way your counry earn money.I think it is very unfair and poor government system dealing with your counry`s traveler.At least, I hope that there will be no victim like me.And to do that, your counrty need to improve the poor immigration and departure processing system.This is the whole thing that I want from you.

    Since I started to purchase at your store, I had no problem with your quality of items. But yesterday when I opened the delivered package, I was overwhelmed with surprise. There was a mouse waiting for me instead of items that I ordered. I hope you can imagine my disappointment, caused by your inconsiderate packaging standards. I hereby demand that you send me a new, since the one you packed up must have been fell through the hole at the bottom, or eaten by the little, cutesy mouse.
